Domestic Shipments
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all. We will not deliver orders to a post office box as all orders must be signed for. Please note : The above delivery times are for delivery only. This means that the above delivery time frames are the time frames from when your order is dispatched from our store to when you receive it. We do not guarantee that all orders will be received by you within the above times frames from the moment you place an order. Once the product has been shipped to you, you will receive e-mail confirmation of when your order was dispatched and also quoting an approximate delivery date.

International Shipments
Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information. If you have further questions regarding your international order, please mail our Customer Care department info@khodiyarjewellers.com We do try our best that you receive the goods trouble free. Our shipping agents in most of the cases get the custom clearances and deliver the goods to you at your doorstep. You will have to pay to the agent any applicable custom duty, tax or VAT if the same is charged to the agent. This we do in good faith, but as laws vary from time to time and country to country we cannot guarantee it. So in that case, custom clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.

For the goods shipped through Air Cargo: Though our shipping agent takes care of all custom clearances, but to get the goods custom cleared at the delivery destination is solely buyer's responsibility. Any applicable custom duty, import duty, tax or vat will have to be entirely paid by the buyer at the delivery point.. For the goods shipped through Courier company the courier company takes care of all custom clearance formalities and deliver the goods at your doorstep. As laws vary from country to country, and if any duty, tax or vat is applicable and paid by the courier company, it will be collected from the buyer at 'to collect' at the time of delivery by the courier company.
